HTC Doesn’t Agains Patents

Jakarta - Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC, otherwise do notviolate Apple's patents. Similarly, a recent decision issued bythe International Trade Commission (ITC), United States (U.S.).
This ruling reverses the initial decision issued by Judge in the U.S., associated with the HTC patents bought from S3 July.This patent has a specificity in audio compression technology.
HTC shares had fallen 4.9 percent after the ITC, which has the authority to block imports of the product, stating that theinvestigation into the patent case between HTC and Appleclosed.
S3 is one among a number of other companies that have a patent dispute with Apple. Google itself has sold his patent to a number of HTC smartphones so pembesut could sue Appleover patent issues that is in the process.
Reported by the Telegraph and quoted on Thursday (11.24.2011), Samsung is supplying chips for several Apple products, also the subject of a number of Apple patent dispute.
Nine patents purchased HTC, Google purchased from Motorola, Palm and other companies a year ago, in connection with Google's Android operating system.
